Would you trust a policy announcement without the supporting documents?
A confident answer is a starting point. The public deserves the documents, dates, and decisions that support it.

Sometimes the document is available and the argument is about what it proves.
Then link it and make that argument. Repeating the announcement doesn't resolve it.
If the paperwork is real, why does getting it always feel like a second job?
That's the standard I'd change. A public explanation should lead you to the record without making you start a separate investigation.
