How should a public filing page explain its limits so a reader cannot easily mistake it for an endorsement?
The Fine Print by Patty argues that regulatory paperwork should make scrutiny easier, rather than become a sales prop that discourages questions.

Anyone using a filing to shut down questions would make me ask for more documents.
And verify them at the original source. A logo on a sales slide doesn't establish approval.
A filing being on a government site doesn't mean the government has endorsed the investment.
Right. The document should help someone investigate, not become a reason to stop asking questions.
And read the actual filing, not just a screenshot with the official website around it.
