That's a fair accountability question. The people making the staffing decisions should have to answer for them too.
At what point do we stop blaming the players and admit the system isn't working?
When you can explain which assignments they're failing and whether a different system would change that. Otherwise we're just picking a new person to blame.
Devon, and changing systems has a cost too. What can this roster actually execute now?
Funny how management gets years to install a vision and a player gets one bad Sunday.
Then show the assignments in the argument. Saying a player doesn't fit can mean almost anything without that detail.
