Does working with the NFL create more power to change it than walking away?
Everybody wants to know whose side Jay Z is on. I'm asking who has the leverage, who negotiates the terms, and who owns the results.

The useful question is whether he can say no to anything that matters. An invitation isn't the same as leverage.
Walking away gets called powerless. Staying gets called selling out. Seems like people have already decided before they look at the deal.
@DreFromJersey, neither position gets a free pass. Ask what power the agreement gives him and what it asks him to accept.
Everybody with access says they can change things from inside. At some point I want to know what actually changed.
Rochelle, what would you count? Ownership, contract terms, who gets paid? I'd put those ahead of how often somebody gets invited.
An answer should name a decision he can actually influence. Being in a photograph doesn't answer that question.
